PROCESS
DESIGN FEATURES:
Concrete Durability: The lamp's solidity and durability come from its concrete construction, providing weight and stability. The concrete's unique stone patterns become visible after meticulous grinding and polishing.
Seamless Glass: The glass elements are precision-cut and expertly sanded to seamlessly fit together, bonded using UV light.
SPECIFICATIONS:
Base: Available in different concrete and cement variations, cast using a flexible gel mold.
Glass: Utilizes clear and sandblasted float glass, securely bonded with UV-light.
Light Fixture: Compatible with E24 lightbulbs.
FINALIZATION:
The clever design includes a groove in the concrete that perfectly accommodates the glass, ensuring a seamless transition between the contrasting materials. The bonded glass corners enhance the green-blue tint of the float glass, creating captivating shadowplay when the lamp is illuminated.
FINAL PRODUCT
This space-efficient and modular table lamp is ideal for indoor use, while also serving as an attractive outdoor option for late summer evenings. The sandblasted glass emits a warm, inviting glow, while the clear glass offers a more intense illumination.
