BACKGROUND
Our aim for this project was to make the process of buying fitness shoes online easier. Our focus was on saving time and meeting user needs. We tackled common issues like stress and uncertainty to create an app that would improve the online shopping experience.
We developed several concepts linked directly to sporting stores, offering appointments, guidance and more. However, we chose to focus on the Shoefinder app prototype, that would allow users to provide details for a perfect fit.
GOAL:
to streamline the online shoe shopping experience for fitness enthusiasts

RESEARCH
Through in-depth user interviews, we gathered insights into the challenges people face when shopping for fitness shoes and a survey gave us a greater understanding of user frustrations and painpoints. This information guided our product criteria and design focus. Our research led to the creation of a persona, helping us connect better with users and address their needs.
PERSONA
Drawing from our research, we developed a persona to better connect with our users and address their needs.
